1.) There is no money allowed on the tables and wagering for money or other valuables is forbidden. VPL does not have a gaming license and will enforce this rule.


2.) The rules of the Texas Hold'em will be played according to the TDA's guidelines. Some rules will be less strictly enforced than others, in order to accomodate players who may be unfamiliar with poker. To see a list of standard TDA rules, go here


3.) If there is a dispute concerning the rules or outcome of a particular situation, the tournament director can be called to make the decision. Any ruling made by the director is final.


4.) Dealers will be available at most venues- When dealers are present, they are working solely for tips. By supporting our dealers you are ensuring a professional game, and giving them incentive to keep coming back.


5.) Players' points will be tallied by the tournament director each night. You must verify nightly that the director has given you credit for the amount of points you have earned. If you feel there is a mistake, let the director know or send an e-mail to info@vegaspokerleague.net. See the FAQ section for points information.

6.) Points, prize options and tournament structures may change from time to time. Any changes will be announced at our venues, and will be posted on the homepage. Please check back at the site for any updates you may have missed at the games.

7.) You may not show your hand to other active players or talk about it to the rest of the table whether you have folded or not. Doing so may result in a penalty, and could declare your hand dead.

8.) Due to the environment of our venues, players must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in VPL events.

9.) There is no outside food or drinks allowed at our tournaments. Our venues have taken considerations for our members and offer a large selection of specials- Please remember to support our venues!
